One of the reasons for this was that, the majority of African food vendors have not been professional enough to match the standards already achieved by our Indian and Chinese counterparts.
Standard per se has to do with the element of presentation, consistency in food quality, customers’ service and most importantly the health and safety issues, associated with food vending in this part of the world.
I have put my 14 years of uninterrupted career in practical catering in the UK, to establish a restaurant that satisfies the International Standards by all ramifications.
With pride and integrity, we benchmark ourselves as we strive to find a place for traditional African food on the global map.
